Timeline
Please provide the final schedule at least 30 days before the wedding. Everyone receiving services must be ready at their scheduled time.

If delays caused by the client or bridal party require waiting longer than 30 consecutive minutes, a waiting fee of $50 per hour may apply.
Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide a clean, well-lit workspace with electrical access and to disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.
Health & safety
Services may be declined for contagious conditions, including pink eye or active cold sores, to protect all clients and maintain sanitation standards.
Allergies & skin conditions
The client is responsible for sharing any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions to cosmetic products before the appointment. The makeup artist is not liable for reactions or irritation caused by undisclosed conditions or allergies.
Parking & venue fees

Photography
Unless declined in writing before the wedding, completed hair and makeup may be photographed for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Force majeure & liability
Neither party is responsible for failure to perform because of emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or natural disasters. The artist is not responsible for delays or missed events caused by factors outside reasonable control and will perform services using professional hygiene standards.
Bridal trials
All bridal hair and makeup trials take place at the makeup artist’s home studio by appointment. If an off-site trial is requested, additional travel fees may apply and are subject to availability.
